2.Theinternaldriveofself-improvementusestheimprovementofself-abilityandtheimprovementofacademicachievementasthemediumtoshowone'sabilityandtalentsandobtainpublicrecognitionassatisfaction;andthesubsidiarydriveissatisfiedbyMeetingormeetingtherequirementsoftheeldersorauthorityistheintermediary,anditissatisfiedwiththerecognitionandapprovaloftheeldersorauthorityfigures.
3.Theinternaldriveforself-improvementcorrespondstothegoalestablishedbytheindividualthatisinternalizedundertheinfluenceoftheobjectivesociety;theinternaldrivecorrespondstothegoalDeterminedbytheelderorauthorityfigure.
4.Undertheimpetusoftheattachedinternaldrive,studentswillalsoobtainaderivedstatusfromtherecognitionandpraiseoftheeldersorauthorityfigures.Butthisstatusisdifferentfromthecertainsocialstatusgainedbytheinternaldriveofself-improvement.Thestatusofthisderivativeisnotdeterminedbythestudent'sownabilityorachievementlevel,butderivedfromthepraisegivenbytheeldersorauthorityfigureshefollowsandadheresto.

Theattachedinternaldrivehasobviousagecharacteristics.Inyoungerchildren,theaccessorydriveisthemaincomponentofachievementmotivation.Aschildrengrowolderandbecomemoreindependent,theinternaldriveofattachmentnotonlyweakensinintensity,butalsoshiftsfromparentsandteacherstopeersintermsofattachmentobjects.Inadolescence,praiseorrecognitionfrompeerswillbecomeapowerfulmotivationalfactor.
