Precautions
(1)Thearcweldingmachineshouldbekeptawayfromflammableandexplosivematerials;thearcweldingmachineshouldbecompatiblewiththeinstallationenvironment;thearcweldingmachineshouldbeprotectedfrommoistureandcanPreventforeignobjectsfromentering.
(2)Theshellofthearcweldingmachineshouldbereliablyconnectedtotheprotectiveconductor;inordertopreventthedangerofhighvoltagefromenteringthelowvoltage,apointonthesecondarysideofthearcweldingmachineshouldalsobeconnectedtotheprotectiveconductor.
(3)Theprimaryratedvoltageofthearcweldingmachineshouldbeconsistentwiththepowersupplyvoltage;theworkingcurrentshouldnotexceedtheallowablecurrentunderthecorrespondingdutycycle.
(4)Thearcweldingmachineshouldbewiredthroughtheterminalblock;thewiringshouldbecorrect,andharmfulcirculatingcurrentsshouldbeavoided.
(5)Multipleweldingmachinesshouldbetappedtothethree-phasepowersourceasevenlyaspossible,andthethree-phasebalanceshouldbekeptasmuchaspossible.
(6)Coppercorerubbercables(rubbersheathedcords)shouldbeusedfortheprimaryandsecondarypowercordsofthearcweldingmachine;thelengthoftheprimarycordshouldnotexceed2to3m.
(7)Theinsulationresistanceoftheprimaryandsecondarycoilsofthearcweldingmachineisqualified.
(8)Themobileweldingmachinemustbepoweredoff.
(9)Whenworkinginanenvironmentwithahighriskofelectricshock,thesecondarysideofthearcweldingmachineshouldbeequippedwithanautomaticpower-offdeviceforextinguishingthearc.
(10)Protectiveequipmentsuchasinsulatedshoes,gloves,overalls,andfaceshieldsshouldbewornduringarcwelding;protectiveequipmentsuchashelmetsandelbowpadsshouldalsobewornwhenworkinginmetalcontainers.
Operatingprocedures
One.Notecontent:
1Preparationbeforeoperation:
1-1Whetherthemainpowerswitchhasbeenturnedon.
Whetherthe1-2leadwiresandtheconnectionpointsaregood.
Whetherthe1-3workfixedwireiswellinsulated,andwhethertheclampoftheweldingrodiswellinsulated.
Checkwhetherthe1-4groundwire,electricweldingreturnwireandweldingairportgroundareinflammableandexplosivematerials(ifanyshouldberemoved).
2Operationsteps:
2-1Turntheswitchknobclockwiseawayfromthe"O"positiontothedesiredposition,andtheweldingmachineisturnedon.
2-2Turntheswitchknobcounterclockwisetothe"0"position,andtheweldingmachineisturnedonandoff.
3Abnormalhandling:
3-1Ifanabnormalsituationoccursduringwelding,thepowersupplyshouldbecutoffimmediately.
2.Attentions:
1.Electricweldingisaspecialtypeofwork.Youmustobtainawelder’soperatingcertificatebeforeyoucanstartoperation.
2.Protectiveequipmentmustbewornbeforework.Workersmustwearprotectiveglassesorfaceshieldsduringoperation(includingslagging).
3.Open-airelectricweldingisnotallowedonrainydays.Whenworkingindampareas,standinaplacecoveredwithinsulatingmaterialsandwearinsulatingshoes.
4.Tomovethepositionoftheelectricweldingmachine,shutdownandcutoffthepowerfirst.Ifthereisasuddenpowercutduringwelding,theelectricweldershouldbeturnedonimmediately.
5.Whenoperatingpressurecontainers,sealedcontainers,variousoildrums,pipes,andworkpiecesstainedwithflammablegasesandsolutions,theymustbeinspectedinadvance,andthetoxic,harmful,andInflammableandexplosivesubstances,solvethepressureofthecontainerandpipeline,eliminatetheclosedstate(openopening,screwopening),andthenwork.
6.Itisforbiddentoweldinthecontainerthathasbeenpaintedorsprayedwithwallmaterials.
7.Aftertheworkiscompleted,checkthesite,turnoffthefire,andcutoffthepowerbeforeleavingtheworksite.
8.Afterthedailyworkisover,theweldingslagshouldbecleanedup,andthewires(powercords,workreturnlines,etc.)shouldbearrangedtomaintainenvironmentalhygiene.
