Requirementsforuse

5.Accordingtothemanualofthegrindingwheel,selectthegrindingwheelthatmatchestherotationspeedofthemainshaftofthegrindingwheel.
6.Thenewlyobtainedgrindingwheelmusthaveafactorycertificateorcheckthetestmark.Beforeinstallation,iftherearedefectsinthequality,hardness,grainsizeandappearanceofthegrindingwheel,itcannotbeused.
7.Wheninstallingthegrindingwheel,theclearancebetweentheinnerholeofthegrindingwheelandthemainshaftshouldnotbetootight.Accordingtothetechnicalrequirementsofloosefit,itshouldgenerallybecontrolledbetween0.05?/FONT>0.10mm.
8.Flangesshouldbeinstalledonbothsidesofthegrindingwheel.Thediameteroftheflangeshouldnotbelessthanone-thirdofthediameterofthegrindingwheel.Agasketshouldbeplacedbetweenthegrindingwheelandtheflange.
9.Whentighteningthenut,useaspecialwrench,nottootight,anditisstrictlyforbiddentohammerwithhardobjectstopreventthegrindingwheelfrombeingbroken.
10.Afterthegrindingwheelisinstalled,theprotectivecover,baffleandbracketshouldbeinstalled.Thegapbetweenthebaffleandthebracketandthegrindingwheelshouldbekeptwithin1?/FONT>3mm,andshouldbeslightlylowerthanthecenterofthegrindingwheel.
11.Whenthenewlyinstalledgrindingwheelisstarted,donotbetoorushed,firstclickandcheck,andthenuseitafter5?/FONT>10minutesoftrialrotation.
12.Donotusetoomuchforceduringtheinitialgrindingtoavoidaccidentsduetounevenforceonthegrindingwheel.
13.Itisforbiddentogrindcopper,lead,woodandotherthingstopreventtheimpactofthegrindingwheel.
14.Whensharpeningtheknife,oneshouldstandonthesideofthegrinder.Twopersonsarenotallowedtosharpentheknifeonagrindingwheelatthesametime.
15.Thetoolswithalongsharpeningtimeshouldbecooledintimetopreventhothands.
16.Regularlytrimthebalanceofthegrindingwheelsurfacetokeepitingoodcondition.
17.Sharpenersshouldwearprotectiveglasses.
18.Thevacuumcleanermustbeintactandeffective.Ifafaultisfound,itshouldberepairedintime,orthesharpeningshouldbestopped.
OperatingRegulations
1.Theelectricgrindermusthaveasolidprotectivecoverandagoodgroundingwire,otherwiseitisprohibitedtouseit.
2.Beforeuse,youmustcarefullycheckwhetherthescrewsofeachpartareloose,whetherthegrindingwheeliscracked,andwhetherthemetalshellandpowercordareleaking.Ifyouhavetheaboveills,youmustrepairitbeforeyoucanuseit.
3.Whenusing,firstcarryoutanidlingtest,andoperateonlywhenthereisnoproblem.
4.Bringthenecessaryprotectiveequipmentatwork.Workersarenotallowedtofacethegrindingwheelandmuststandontheside.Thegrindermustbeheldfirmly,andtheworkpiecemustbeslowlytouched,andnoimpactorstrongpressureisallowed.Usethefrontofthegrindingwheelandprohibittheuseofthesideofthegrindingwheel.
5.Therotatinggrinderisnotallowedtobeplacedonthegroundatwill.Afterthegrinderstops,placeitinthedesignatedplace.Whentemporarilynotinuse,theswitchmustbeturnedoffandthepowersupplymustbecutoff.
6.Whenyoufindthatthepowercordisentangledandknotted,youmustbepatienttountieit.Donotusethewireorthegrindingwheeltoforcethenailtopullit.
