Surfacevibratorismainlycomposedofmotorvibratorandvibrationplate.
Figure1showsaflat-platesurfacevibrator.Itsmotorandeccentricvibratormeetasawhole,whichiscalledmotorvibratorforshort.Thebottomisequippedwithavibratingplate.Forvibrationonthehandle,abufferspring3isinstalledbetweenthemotorvibrator2andthehandle.Whenthemotorrotor8rotates,theeccentricblock9onthefixedrotorshaftgeneratesacyclicallyvaryingcentrifugalforce,whichpromptsthemotorvibratortovibrateandtransmitthevibrationtothevibrationplate,therebyvibratingtheconcrete.
Figure2isasurfacevibratorwithatrough-shapedvibrationplate.Theoperatinghandle7isinstalledonbothsidesofthetrough-shapedvibratingplate,andcanbeliftedandmovedbyatether.
Figure3showsaflatsurfacevibratormodifiedfromanattachedvibrator.Thisvibratoronlyneedstobeboltedtoawoodormetalplateonthebaseoftheattachedvibrator.Thenthesurfacevibratingworkofconcretecanbecarriedout.
Themotorvibratorofthestrip-typesurfacevibratoristhesameasthatoftheplate-typesurfacevibratorexceptthatthebottomplateisalongI-beam.Thistypeofvibratorismainlyusedfortampingroads,slopesandotherconcretestructures.
Featuresandscopeofapplication
Therearemanytypesofconcretesurfacevibrators,ofwhichthemostcommonlyusedistheflatsurfacevibrator.Theflatsurfacevibratorisdirectlyplacedontheconcretesurface,andthevibrationwavegeneratedbythevibrator2istransmittedtotheconcretethroughthevibrationbaseplate1fixedwithit.Becausethevibrationwaveistransmittedfromthesurfaceoftheconcrete,itiscalledasurfacevibrator.Whenworking,twopeopleholdthehandle4ofthevibratoranddragitaccordingtotheneedsofthework.Itissuitableforlarge-area,small-thicknessconcrete,suchasprefabricatedconcreteslabs,pavements,bridgedecks,etc.
Usepoints
(1)Whenusing,theconcreteirrigationareashouldbedividedintoseveralrows.Slowlymoveinarowandmoveforwardinsequence.Themovingdistanceshouldbesuchthattheflatplateofthevibratorcancoverabout500mmoftheedgeoftheconcretethathasbeenvibratedtopreventvibrationleakage.
(2)Whenvibratingtheinclinedconcretesurface,itshouldgraduallymovefromalowplacetoahighplacetoensuretheconcretevibrates.
(3)Thevibratingdurationoftheplatevibratorateachpositionisbasedontheconcretestoppingsinkingandslurringupwards,orthesurfaceissmoothandtheslurryappearsevenly,generally25-40secondsTherangeisappropriate.
(4)Theeffectivedepthofactionoftheplatevibratorisapproximately200mmintheunreinforcedandsingle-layerreinforcedplate,andapproximately120mminthedouble-layerreinforcedplate.
(5)Forlarge-areaconcretefloors,oneortwovibratorscanbeinstalledontwowoodenpoles,andtheconcretecanbecompactedthroughthevibrationofthewoodenpoles.
Useandmaintenance
Theuseofthesurfacevibratorisrelativelysimple,aslongasitisconnectedtothespecifiedpowersupplyasrequiredbythebrand,itcanbeoperatedandused.
Surfacevibratorsarethesameasinternalvibrators.Mostofthemworkintheopenandhumidenvironment.Therefore,theelectricalpartispronetofailure,andifthereisaleakagephenomenon,itiseasytocausepersonalinjuryordeath.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrictlyabidebytheelectricalsafetyoperationrules.
Duringthetestvibrationofthesurfacevibrator,donotrunitforalongtimeondryandhardgroundtoavoiddamagetothevibrator.
Whenmovingduringoperation,thewireofthemotormustbemaintainedwithsufficientlengthandslack,anddonotmakeittootighttoavoidthewireendfrombreaking.
Whenseveralattachedvibratorsareusedonacomponenttoworkatthesametime,thefrequencyofeachvibratormustbeconsistenttoavoidmutualinterference.
Theoutersurfaceofthevibratorshouldbekeptclean,donotmakethecementpastesticktothemotorshell,soasnottohinderthemotor'sheatdissipation.
Duringwork,alwayscheckwhetherthemotorfeet,casingandvibrationplateareintactandwhethertheconnectionsaretight.Iftherearecracksandlooseness,theymustberepairedorre-fastenedintime.Flatsurfacevibratorswithbufferspringsshouldhavegooddampingperformance.
Thebearingendcapsatbothendsofthesurfacevibratormotorcannotbeloosened,andthescrewsmustalwaysbetight.
Inthework,wemustalsopayattentiontothecircuitandswitchmustbewellconnected.
Cleanthemachinebodyandvibrationplateafterwork,andapplyathinlayerofengineoiltopreventtheconcretefromstickingtothenextwork.
Surfacevibratorscangenerallybemaintainedatthefirstlevelevery600workinghours.Inthefirstlevelmaintenance,theinsulationresistanceofthemotorshouldbetested,andthemotorshouldbedisassembledandinspected,andthebearingsandvibratorsshouldbechecked.Theinnerandouterracewaysofthemotorbearingshouldnothaveflakingspots,andtheradialclearanceshouldnotbegreaterthan0.12mm.Whenrotatingthebearingbyhand,itsrotationshouldbeevenwithoutobstruction,butaslightanduniformsoundisallowed.Thepositionoftheeccentricvibratorshouldbeaccurate,andthefitoftheconnectingkeyandthekeywayshouldnotbeloose.
Forthesurfacevibratorwithtransformer,theinsulationresistanceofthetransformermustbetestedduringthefirst-levelmaintenance.Whenmeasuring,itcanbeshakenevenlywitha500-voltshakerfor3minutes,andtheinsulationresistancevalueshouldnotbelessthan1.5megohms,otherwiseitmustbedried.
Motorbearingsshouldberefilledwithlubricatingoil(grease)after300workinghours,andcleanedandreplacedwithnewgreaseduringthefirst-levelmaintenance.No.2calcium-basedgreasecanbeusedinsummerandno.2calcium-basedgreaseinwinter.No.1calcium-basedgrease.
Themotorofthesurfacevibrator,thefailurethatmayoccurduringuse,canrefertothesimilartroubleshootingmethodoftheinternalmailvibratorforrepairandexclusion.However,becausetheeccentricblockisattachedtothemotorshaftofthisvibrator,themotoritselfbecomesavibratorandworksundertheconditionofvibration,whichmakesthebearingofthemotoreasytobedamaged.Whenthebearingisworntoomuch,therotorwillrubagainstthestator.Phenomenon,themotorwillhaveafrictionsound,andthebearingmustbereplacedintime.Otherfaultscanberepairedandeliminatedbyreferringtothefollowingtable.
